SPECIAL NOTE: All Ship To Addresses Must Be Deliverable By UPS To Guarantee The Shipping/Handling Price Of $7.95.
Shipments Over 2 Pounds Gross Weight To P.O. Boxes Will Incur Additional Shipping Charges.

• Q - When will I receive my package?

• A -  Retail orders are shipped either the same day or the next day depending on the time of day the order is received and usually will take 3-5 business days for delivery.
  Warehouse orders are shipped on Tuesday of the "following week" after the order is placed.

• Q - Who do you use to ship my order?

• A - Generally we use Priority Mail or UPS Ground, other arrangements, such as UPS Next Day or Second Day, can be made by telephone. (501)623-3676

• Q - How much does shipping cost?

• A - Any size retail order ships for $7.95 to UPS deliverable addresses (Street Addresses), with the exception of chocolates during the hotter months (March 15 - October 15) which incur additional packing and shipping charges (email for current info).
  Warehouse orders are figured by the shipping weight.

NOTE: For returned merchandise: the refund is for the product only which shall be returned in it's original condition and packaging with prepaid shipping(no cods).
